Submissions are reviewed before any material is considered for public display.
Sharing something with us does not automatically mean it will appear on our website or social media.
Photographs featuring children receive additional attention to privacy and appropriate permissions.
This is our approved privacy and photo-submission policy (v1.0). It explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to request removal. New submissions record this policy version and the consent you gave at the time of submission.
Privacy or removal requests: hello@upsurge-studio.com
Through the submission forms on this page, we may collect your name (optional for some forms), your email address, your phone number (photo form only, optional), photographs you choose to upload, written stories, feedback, and ideas. Submission is voluntary.
Information is collected so we can review and consider your contribution for possible publication, respond when you request a reply, and improve future Invasion of Light events. Submission does not enroll anyone in marketing.
Submissions are reviewed by authorized Invasion of Light administrators only. Only authorized reviewers may access private submissions; unreviewed submissions are not exposed through public page data or searchable directories.
Photographs and submission records are held securely and separately from public website content. Originals and consent evidence stay out of public page bundles; only approved, published photographs appear in the visitor-facing gallery.
